Circle summary
Who needs you today
Rather than a wall of figures, Home opens with the exception — whoever had the roughest night, or nobody at all. The numbers are underneath if you want them.

Whatever writes into them arrives too — Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura and the rest. Bellwether reads the platform, not the brand.
Read-only, apart from the period days you log.
What you get
Everything on the family dashboard is a number someone's own device already recorded. Bellwether's job is to make it legible in about four seconds.

Sleep tracking
Deep, core and REM broken out per night, with a 0–100 score so a rough week is obvious without reading a chart.
Sleep stages86
Daily goals
Give a day its own target — 10,000 steps, two hours of exercise — and the calendar marks the ones you clear in your own colour. Clear every target and the day turns gold.

Mutual sharing
Send a private link; they choose what to share. It runs both ways or not at all, and either of you can end it in one tap.

Security
The sharing rules live in the database as row-level security, not just in the screens. Encrypted in transit and at rest, and wiped from the device on sign-out.

A look inside
Actual screenshots from the app, in the mode you picked in the top bar. Switch between Midnight and Ember and every screen below changes with it — the app ships both, and so does this page.
01 Home
The first thing you see is the night that just ended — who slept well, who did not, and who moved. Trends sit above the detail, so a rough week is obvious before you read a single number.
02 Circle
Every connection here is mutual and was accepted by both sides. Tap a person for their week; leave their circle and the sharing ends in both directions immediately.
03 Sleep
Deep, core and REM broken out for each night, with time awake and a 0–100 score. The stages are the ones your watch actually recorded — nothing is estimated that was measured.
04 Win streak
Each day is coloured by what it cleared: an ordinary win, a perfect three-of-three, a target you set yourself, or a super day that went past all of them. Streaks are why people open the app on a Tuesday.
05 Health
Activity, heart rate, variability and fitness charted across the window the app keeps. This is the screen you open for yourself rather than for anyone else.
06 Alerts
A short message from someone in your circle after a good day or a rough night. One tap to send, nothing automated, and never more than the person chose to share.
Why people keep it
Stay connected to your loved ones' health with real-time overviews pulled directly from Apple Health and Health Connect. See sleep scores, activity trends and wellness signals in seconds — no complicated charts, just what matters most.
Whether it is catching low sleep early or celebrating a great workout day, Bellwether makes family health simple, private and meaningful.
How sharing works
Nobody appears on your dashboard without agreeing to it first, and health data never moves without both people saying yes.
Send a single-use link to a parent, a sibling or a friend. It expires if it is not used.
Sleep, activity, stress — each one is opt-in, on their device, in plain language.
Sharing is mutual by design. Either of you can pause or end it, and the data stops immediately.
The full detail — every field we read, every provider we use, and how to delete everything — is in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
